Presentation of the Second Ukrainian Edition of “The Struggle for Law” by Rudolf von Jhering

On April 11, a presentation of this landmark work in legal philosophy took place in Kyiv. The event brought together volunteers, military personnel, human rights advocates, entrepreneurs, and patrons.

Written more than 150 years ago, the work remains strikingly relevant today:
“The purpose of law is peace, and the means to achieve it is struggle.”
